At Cannard’s, we believe in building a long-term relationship with all of our clients. This allows us to personalise our support based on your needs, rather than giving you a one size fits all service. We will be here as and when you need us, whether it be for a quick chat or an urgent call out. Rather than being just another supplier, we aim to become a part of your team. When we come to meet you for the first time we won’t send you a salesman in a fancy suit (we don’t even own fancy suits). You’ll get an experienced engineer who can advise what’s best for you.
We want to provide you with a quality IT Support service that will keep you on your feet. By relying on us, you will get friendly and competent support to resolve any issues efficiently. Putting you in a queue or giving you a support ticket just isn’t our style; we aim to resolve your issues when you call us, not hours later. With alerts configured to let us know of potential problems, we can even stop issues before they have a chance to interrupt your business.
Support contracts will always be tailored to you. Whether you wish to pay monthly or yearly, your contract will always be the most efficient method of supporting your organisation. On contract, we will keep an eye on your system without you even realising it; picking up on issues before they have a chance of becoming your problems. Pay As You Go
Alternatively, you can pay us as you need us. You will get the same great level of service but you only pay for what you use. With technologies such as remote support we can get your issues resolved efficiently and arrange for an engineer to come directly to you within 24 hours if needs be, with no callout charges within 15 miles.
